Project Description

The Green Leaf FMO app was developed as a result of The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services requirement to record all call with beneficiaries. The app serves as an interface where these call recordings can be managed.

Features

• Server based call recording: The calls are recorded by a backend service integrated with Twilio.
• Call Tagging: Calls can be tagged with pre defined data fields.
• Share calls with external systems: Once the calls have been recorded the end use has the ability to share these calls with external systems in the event that they would like to create backups or archive for compliance reasons.
